In collaboration with our distributor in Spain, OXEFruit, we host the annual Mezcal Amor de Maguey National Bartenders Contest in Valencia. This event has become a benchmark in the hospitality industry, attracting over 100 professional bartenders from the country’s top bars and restaurants.

Since its inception, this contest has celebrated creativity and innovation in mixology, with Mezcal Amor de Maguey as the star ingredient. Participants compete to impress with unique cocktails, standing out for their originality, presentation, and balance of flavors.

- 2024: Víctor Varela captivated the judges with his cocktail “Pera Mezcalera,” a sweet yet bold creation praised for its flawless presentation.
- 2023: Berto, from “Patio de Butacas,” amazed with “Amor de Mar,” a one-of-a-kind cocktail blending unconventional ingredients like shrimp and mezcal, proving that creativity knows no bounds.

At the 2023 Mezcal Amor de Maguey National Bartenders Contest, Berto from the renowned bar “Patio de Butacas” wowed everyone with his innovative creation: “Amor de Mar.”
